Return and Exchange Policy
To all of you my respected collectors.
My aim is to ensure satisfactory and enjoyment of the artworks I produce for you. To achieve that, transparency and clarity are paramount in every sale and commission.
Please carefully review the listing descriptions and, if color accuracy is essential, consider checking the colors on different screens. While I make every effort to photograph each piece accurately, slight color variations may occur in person.
All sales are final, with exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a return or exchange, a restocking fee may apply.

Damaged or lost deliveries?
"JandrosArt Inc. is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. In the event of such occurrences, customers must directly contact the shipping company using the provided tracking number and utilize the insurance provided. For tracking purposes please include your email address.

"Are you open to replicating a painting that has already been sold?"
No, I've discovered through experience that attempting to replicate a painting is seldom successful. The outcome often falls short of expectations, leading to disappointment for the client as achieving an exact replica is challenging. Moreover, redoing a piece is not particularly enjoyable for me.
Nevertheless, I am open to considering commissioned projects that capture the mood, style, and colors of a previous piece. However, please note that the resulting artwork will not be an exact duplicate.
Commissions

Yes, I am accepting commissioned projects.
Commissioned artworks typically require 6-8 weeks for completion. For more details about the process and pricing, please fill out the form.

Once I receive your form, I will either get together with you in person or on the phone.
Size
First thing is to decide the best size canvas for your custom project. If you are unsure the perfect size for your space, I’m happy to help you decide!
Inspiration
It can help for me to see your space, either through photos or in person (if local), to get a feel for the surrounding atmosphere (wall color, fabric swatches, light, overall mood, etc.)
I appreciate any inspiration you can provide - what particular piece of art of mine you have seen and loved? Check my Instagram posts, show me the photographs, or any other information. The more insight, the better!
Pricing
My prices for commissions are based on size of the canvas and complexity of the process. Compared to my ready-to-ship collection paintings, they run about 15% more to account for the time spent putting together a cohesive piece that meets all of your custom wishes. I request a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin, with the remaining balance, plus shipping, due once your painting is complete.
Although you own the original painting, you are not permitted to reproduce my work in any form, as the copyright exclusively belongs to me, The Artist. I, as the artist, retain full copyright ownership of all my artwork. I reserve the right to use it for reproduction purposes and/or marketing.
International Shipping
"Is international shipping available?"
Yes, we do offer international shipping.
Prior to making a purchase, please contact us and provide your zip/postal code, and or country, so that I can provide you with an estimated shipping cost.
Shipping policies for original and commissioned paintings
Domestic:
Shipped via Canada Post, Purolator or Canpar based on best available quote.
FREE local pick-up (1-3 business days)
Shipping within BC (1-3 business days)
Ship within Canada (3-5 business days)
International:
Shipping to the US is 4-14 business days (this could vary due to customs)
Include your email and phone number for tracking.
Insurance is included.
Other International Shipping is available upon requested quote. Contact me directly for any questions.
Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fees:
US and International buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/taxes/broker fees once item arrives in country. Please include your phone number when you are checking out with PAYPAL as this is required for shipping labels in case carrier may need to reach you.
